Highlights of the Week
1 - Documentary - Earlier this week, former footballer Alex Scott and Professor Tanya Byron explored scientifically validated natural techniques to improve our mental health and wellbeing. The programme is available to watch on iPlayer if you missed it.
2 - Event - A one-day introductory course on rational emotive behaviour therapy for sport is being hosted online by the Scottish sport and exercise psychology network. If youโre interested, find out more and sign up here.
3 - Publication - The Division of Sport & Exercise Psychology at the British Psychological Society have this week published their biannual review. It is free for members of the sport & exercise psychology division, and can be purchased here for ยฃ2 if you are a non-SEP member of BPS, or ยฃ3 if you are not a member of BPS at all. There are lots of contributions from Scottish researchers, and itโs a great read!
