Highlights of the Week

1 - Series - This week, Netflix released The Playbook: A Coach’s Rules For Life, a new five part documentary series following five sports coaches through their lives, careers and ways of working.

2 - Podcast - The latest episode of Eighty Percent Mental is an interview with Dr Josephine Perry and Jo Davies about why we get nervous, and what we should do about it - another element of sport psychology that is widely applicable to general life!
