Highlights of the Week
1 - Article - Runner’s World have published this article regarding what runners should know about the COVID-19 vaccines, including expert advice on physical activity levels before and after you receive your vaccine.
2 - Journal Article - Is physical exercise the key to unlocking our creativity? This study, published in Scientific Reports, tests whether active individuals can create more ideas than their sedentary counterparts. Capucine Yeomans noted that in this study, “while exercise can improve mood, people could walk around not feeling happy but still be successfully creative — thus concluding that a better mood doesn’t influence creativity, moving does”.
